Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Full time Beston Plumbing is a well-established Plumbing and Drainage company, currently employing in excess of 100 employees, founded in 1989.
We have gained a reputation for servicing some of the largest residential builders in Melbourne as well as servicing small boutique and private owner builders.
Located in Tullamarine.
This is a fast-paced and hands-on Customer Service and Business Support role.
You will be reporting to the Scheduler Team Leader while working closely with on-site supervisors, tradespeople, and administration.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Responding to EmailsFiling Delivery DocketsCompleting BookingsAssisting the scheduling team with Daily TasksGeneral reporting on targets and providing information to scheduling leaderPrinting files for jobs going to sitePrinting PlansSkills & Qualifications: Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to work methodically, accurately, and with rigid timelinesExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong PC skills in Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent problem solver with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and business driversPersonal Attributes: Enjoy & thrive in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and negotiation skillsAble to gain the confidence of clients, suppliers, and teamDesire to work in a fast-paced business focused on growth and delivering outstanding servicePersonable & able to think laterallyAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesOpportunities for advancement are available.
