Location: Campbelltown, NSWHourly Rate: $65 per hour + superContract Duration: Immediate start until the end of AprilWork Schedule: 4 days per week - Office based, 1-day WFHAre you an experienced CPA or CA-qualified Senior Accountant looking for your next contract opportunity? Join a healthcare provider in Campbelltown, where you'll play a critical role in supporting financial operations within a dedicated and collaborative small team.The RoleYou will take ownership of key accounting functions and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes. Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing monthly management reports, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.Assisting with the preparation of statutory financial statements and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.Overseeing month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.Managing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Preparing BAS, GST, and other tax compliance reports.Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, providing actionable financial insights.Liaising with auditors during interim and final audits.Assisting with process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:CPA or CA qualification (mandatory).Proven experience in a similar Senior Accounting role, ideally within the healthcare or service industry.Strong technical skills in financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously in a small team.Availability to start immediately and commit until the end of April 2025.What's in It for You?Competitive hourly rate of $65 + super.Flexible 4-day work week, offering a great work-life balance.The opportunity to work for a respected healthcare provider and contribute meaningfully to the business.A supportive and collaborative environment within a small, close-knit team.How to ApplyIf you meet the criteria and are ready to start immediately, we'd love to hear from you.
