What We're Looking For:
Transport : Reliable transportation to and from students' homes.
Background Check : A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
A national police clearance is also acceptable.
Immediate Start : Availability to begin right away.
Communication Skills : Excellent ability to engage with students and adapt to diverse learning styles creatively.
Understanding Needs : Strong capacity to assess and meet the varied academic needs of students.
Long-term Commitment : Willingness to commit to the role long-term, with potential for extension.
Passion for Teaching : A genuine enthusiasm for education and helping students achieve their best.
Desirable Qualifications:
Educational Background : Studying towards or holding a degree in an Economics/English or a related field or possessing significant teaching experience in Economics and English.
Curriculum Knowledge : Familiarity with the current South Australian senior school curriculum.
Experience : Proven track record as a Senior School Economics and English tutor or teacher.
