About the role
Manly Beach Health Club is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team.
As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalised fitness programs and guidance to our members, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
This is a full-time position based 20m from Manly beach at our state-of-the-art facility in Manly, NSW.
What you'll be doing Develop and deliver customised exercise programs tailored to individual client needs and fitness levelsConduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations to understand client goals and design effective workout plansProvide expert guidance, motivation and accountability to help clients achieve their fitness objectivesEducate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their overall wellbeingMaintain accurate client records and progress trackingCollaborate with other trainers and instructors to provide a cohesive and engaging member experienceParticipate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesWhat we're looking for Certificate III and IV in Fitness or equivalent qualificationMinimum 2 years' experience as a qualified Personal TrainerStrong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology and nutritionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and engage clientsAbility to design and deliver diverse, engaging and results-driven training programsCurrent first aid and CPR certificationPassionate about health, fitness and helping others achieve their goalsWhat we offer
