By conducting regular assessments and providing specific feedback, they help students identify their strengths and address areas for improvement while maintaining detailed records to monitor progress.
Beyond classroom instruction, the teacher collaborates with colleagues to refine approaches and align with school goals, and communicates openly with families to support student growth.
