Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The role As a Night Manager you will be responsible for managing and assisting in the running of the entire Hotel Rooms Division operation during the overnight shift.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will appropriately allocate resources across the operation and ensure that Crown's policies, procedures, and brand standards are adhered to across all operational departments.
Minimum Requirements:To be considered for this role you will need to have Supervisory or Management experience in Hotel Front Office Operations.
About youYou'll bring the following:
Hotel management experience at a departmental level within a superior hotelStrong knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office suiteExtensive customer service experienceAbility to commit to a 7 day overnight rotating roster between the hours of 11pm – 7.30amKnowledge of the Opera Property Management System (or similar)Additional InformationThis role requires:
