MGC Solutions is a key provider of Infrastructure Services, delivering works in the Railway Signalling and Railway Communications sectors across Western Australia including Perth (PTA), Pilbara, Gascoyne, Wheatbelt and the Goldfields.An opportunity has become available for Signalling Supervisor - Rail to join our team Full Time based in Perth with occasional travel to deliver commissioning and projects in regional areas.Immediate StartPermanent PlacementCompetitive Rate or SalaryGrow your career with a highly regarded Rail Signalling and Infrastructure Services companyOpportunities to work and influence strategic delivery of critical infrastructure projects Australia-wideWork and learn with highly experienced professionals in a cohesive environmentResponsibilities:Work as an integral part of the Signalling and Communications Engineering and Delivery Team on Major Rail renewals programsApply a deeper understanding of building and constructing signalling sites to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problems and efficient project executionBecome involved in coordinated rail shutdowns, signalling verification, and end-to-end delivery of systemsConduct planning and verification activitiesCoordinate civils and electrical crews to ensure quality and efficiency in works deliveryReceive mentoring and support from Senior Engineers and Managers in the teamRequired Skills and Experience:Rail Industry Worker (RIW) CardPTA Supervised Worker (SW) or Higher Qualification (Desirable)Arc Infrastructure SWRelevant electrical or civils qualifications with a rail signalling construction emphasisMinimum of 3+ years of experience building and delivering rail signalling infrastructurePrevious experience working at site capacity within the rail signalling industry will be highly beneficialExperience with planning and programs for the delivery of railway signalling and communications systemsAbility to think logically and identify project efficiencies in relation to execution and/or budgetsWhat we offer:MGC Solutions is dedicated to nurturing our people personally and professionally through skills development, career pathways and fostering a proudly diverse fun and supportive workplace culture.We are committed to ensuring that you feel valued within the team that shares the same passion to succeed.
