About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Coordinator for a 12-month part-time maternity leave contract, with the potential for ongoing opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Assistant Operations Manager, this role is pivotal in driving our growth initiatives and shaping our marketing and customer engagement strategies.
You'll work closely with the sales team to craft and execute innovative marketing plans that deliver measurable impact.
Your responsibilities will focus on enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, boosting sales, and deepening customer connections.
In addition, you'll lead a key initiative to establish a strong foothold for a new brand targeting the competitive mid-range and first-home buyer market.
Simultaneously, you'll play an integral role in strengthening our position as a market leader in high-end, custom luxury design and construction homes.
About You
An experienced and motivated Senior Marketing Coordinator with a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will coordinate content creation, proofread materials, and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including websites and social media, ensuring alignment with Varcon Group brand guidelines.
Collaborating with key external stakeholders, you will plan, execute, optimize, and report on marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and expand the online presence.
Regular engagement with key internal stakeholders will allow you to review progress, address challenges, and implement effective solutions.
Your responsibilities will also include managing the conception, development, and execution of marketing strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to stimulate interest and boost sales.
Duties
Social Media Management – Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, including content planning and campaign execution across various platforms.
Arranging professional photography and videography of completed projects.
Arrange design of any new branding materials, including business cards, brochures etc as needed.
Arrange printing quotes and printing of any marketing material as needed.
Arrange material for site signage with Varcon branding and liaise with signage contractors (approval from marketing manager).
Arrange 3D renders of certain projects with Contracts Administrators.
Signage for Varcon vehicles as needed.
Project marketing on any new projects or initiatives within the group.
Managing and coordinating campaigns to generates leads with SEO management and google ad word campaigns.
Developing sales/marketing initiatives to drive new enquiries and leads.
Managing company profile for marketing purposes.
Managing copywriters for certain projects and award submissions as needed.
Managing Varcon client reviews.
Manage website updates as needed.
Required Skills
Tertiary Marketing or Communications qualifications.
Attention to details is essential, given the involvement of multiple sites and the need to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to meet multiple agreed deadlines.
Drivers Licence
5 years plus experience
