As a Customer Relationship Advisor, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
You will actively engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and offer personalised solutions to ensure they have a seamless experience with our company.
Your ability to communicate effectively, empathise with customers, and manage relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, leveraging customer intimacy to ensure renewals of Service contractsDefine a common strategy in customer relationship management (aligned with the Area Supervisor)Assist the commercial department in the negotiation of new Service Contracts, amendments, and service quotationsAssist with answering contractual questions from Customers, the Sales Department, and Area SupervisorsDeal with technical open cases resolution process (Proactive communication, regular meetings, close collaboration with Product Support Dpt., etc.
