What You'll Be Doing:
Lead Like a Boss (But Not Bossy): Guide and mentor clinical teams across aged care, home care, and NDIS services.
Quality Over Quantity: Ensure the highest standards of clinical care, because mediocrity isn't in your vocabulary.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work with the Regional Manager Operations to create strategies that would make a chess grandmaster jealous.
Stay Compliant (But Make It Fun): Keep up with accreditation standards and turn policy-speak into something everyone understands.
Be the Risk Whisperer: Identify and manage risks like you're playing the world's most important game of Jenga.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Nursing, with full AHPRA registration.
Experience: You've been around the block as a Clinical Manager or Facility Manager in residential care.
Leadership Chops: People not only have to follow you - they actually want to.
Communication Skills: You could explain complex topics clearly.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office (yes, even Excel).
