Infrastructure People are seeking a HSEQ Advisor & Manager to join a national civil contractor on defence projects across the NTDate: 03rd October, 2024Infrastructure People are partnering with a diversified services company that deliver design & construction services to multiple sectors. Due to a number of project wins in the Defence space, they are currently seeking both a HSEQ Advisor & HSEQ Manager to join the business based out of the NT Head Office in Darwin.Benefits:Build your career with a company that values professional growth and provides opportunities for developmentEnjoy a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and personal progressionFlexible working arrangementsA competitive remuneration package and benefitsAbout the role:Responsible for driving compliance, and achievement of Safety Certainty 2.0 Program KPIs for the relevant Customer Stream.Mentor WHSEQ Advisors and operational teams in the effective application of our Business Management SystemMentor, lead, train and motivate the Senior WSHEQ Advisors and WHSEQ Advisors in the Customer Stream and operational teamsEnsure new / revised Company BMS processes are communicated to, and implemented by operational teamsPrepare Executive Investigation Reports presentations as requiredPrepare for review by the National WHSEQ Manager WHSEQ Bulletins / Lessons Learned for sharing across the CompanyProvide Monthly progress reports to their assigned Executive General Manager and National WHSEQ ManagerEngage stakeholders in the development of Management Plans and Risk RegistersAbout you:To be successful in the role, you will need:Minimum 3 years' experience in a WHSEQ leadership roleMinimum 10 years in WHSEQ generally (ideally in the building/construction industry)Certificate IV or greater in WHSAbility to obtain ADF DCAC & Police CheckICAM Lead Investigator Training (desirable)Willingness to work remotely for periods within the NT (desirable)Good knowledge of Asbestos Removal & Demolition (desirable)How to Apply:If you meet the above criteria, please click 'Apply Now' or email ****** for more information.Apply For Job
