This role demands a meticulous blend of medical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a dedication to patient welfare.
Key Responsibilities: Perform physical examinations and health assessments.Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness.Conduct minor surgical procedures.Collaborate with healthcare professionals and refer patients to specialists as needed.Skills and Experience Required: A medical degree from a recognized institution.Registration with AHPRA.Clinical experience in a variety of healthcare settings.Proficiency in medical software and patient record management.Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in evidence-based medical practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with patients and colleagues.Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest medical research and guidelines.Empathy, compassion, and the dedication to uphold patient confidentiality and deliver ethical medical care.The Junior GP will be mentored by seasoned professionals in a supportive environment, offering an exceptional opportunity to grow in clinical expertise and contribute significantly to patient care and community health outcomes.
