Your Role As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll be integral to their projects, managing key QS activities like measurement, cost planning, and contract administration.
You'll work collaboratively within a team of quantity surveyors, ensuring that you collectively meet both timeframes and budgets while reporting to the Directors.
What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersOversee pre and post-contract workLead projects from feasibility through to constructionMentor and support junior team membersWhat They're Looking For A bachelor's degree in Project Management or Construction Management, specializing in Quantity SurveyingA minimum of 6 years of quantity surveying experienceA team player with a collaborative mindsetPrevious experience in a consultancy environmentCulture They believe in creating a collaborative and inclusive workplace that values diversity.
