About the role Join the passionate and dedicated team at Obliging Care Pty Ltd as a casual Support Worker.
In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to disabled clients in the Rockhampton area, helping them to live independently and with dignity.
As a casual employee, you will have the flexibility to choose when you work, with opportunities to pick up shifts as needed.
We are looking for fantastic people to add to our family of support workers.

These roles are for an immediate start and will be providing support with people.
Shift times vary from 4 hours through to 10 hours duration with the option of early mornings, day and evenings (including weekends).
What you'll be doing Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care and light housekeeping Providing companionship and engaging clients in social and recreational activities Advocating for clients' needs and ensuring their safety and wellbeing Documenting client progress and communication with the wider care team Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements What we're looking for A genuine passion for supporting the disabled communities Relevant experience in aged care, disability support, or a similar community services role A compassionate and empathetic approach to care Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements (current or willing to obtain): Current First Aid and CPR check Cert III Individual support NDIS worker screening check Blue Card (working with children check) A current driver's license and access to a vehicle (and willingness to transport clients in your vehicle) So, if you would like to join our family, please send a copy of your resume to ****** or you can attach this via the apply now feature in seek.
