If so, join our Rural North West team as our Regional Operations Team Leader.You will lead the delivery of home care packages and aged care services to provide optimum person-centered care and services to Benetas clients and their families.
You will utilise your leadership skills to support the regional team and work with the Regional Business Manager within the Rural North West Community Health and Care team to achieve key performance indicators and business targets whilst embedding a culture of continuous improvement.Some of the ways you'll make a difference:Build and coach a high performing team with increased levels of engagement and expertiseSuccessful execution of the Quality Continuous Improvement PlanWellness and reablement of clients, demonstrated evidence of clients achieving goals and positive outcomesExcellent client experiences and responsive servicesSustainable growth and retention of Home Care PackagesTo help you achieve this, ideally you'll have:Tertiary qualifications in a health or social services related discipline or related experienceDemonstrable experience within Home Care Packages or Commonwealth home support programsDemonstrable experience in leading or participating in customer experience initiativesDemonstrable experience of building effective teams of ten and above including a remote workforceDemonstrable experience with complaints handling and liaising with the Aged Care Quality and Safety CommissionA proven ability to take a holistic approach to client needs and service deliveryExceptional interpersonal and communication skills to demonstrate empathy and understanding to older clients and their familiesThe ability to use initiative and work under pressureAbility to analyse and interpret data and demonstrable experience in report writing.Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel programWhy work with us?Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $18,300 per year - offering you more take home pay with less taxA choice of being located in Gisborne or Bendigo for the majority of your working weekPaid training hours to build your skillsProudly being part of a business that values Respect, Responsibility, Community, and SpiritA proven history of internal career progression and opportunities for you to move within Benetas so your story with us continuesWe are proud to provide an inclusive workplace - with a diverse workforce that reflects the client base.
