Product Management & Development (Information & Communication Technology) Full time The in-house IT department at Risk & Security Management is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining proprietary applications utilised by internal and external stakeholders.
We are embarking on a transformative journey to modernise our core systems, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Solutions Lead to lead and manage this exciting venture.
About You Demonstrable experience leading and managing development teams, with a proven ability to implement and enhance Scrum methodologies.Strong proficiency in C#, with ASP.NET MVC architecture preferred.Proven experience as a Senior Developer and/or at least 10 years development experience.Strong background in solutions architecture, with extensive experience managing a development team.Demonstratable ability to develop with a security-focused approach (e.g.
OWASP).Proficiency and experience working with Azure services.Expertise in MySQL and SQL including database design and optimisation.Strong capability and knowledge with CI/CD pipeline management and DevOps practices.Proficient in solution architecture with a strong capability to develop comprehensive solution designs.Passion for making a difference through delivering high-quality solutions and continuously improving processes and methodologies.Responsibilities Lead the development team through the complete software delivery lifecycle, designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust, scalable, high-performance solutions for RS software applications.Ensure code quality through peer code reviews, adherence to best practices, and implementation of automated testing where possible.Lead and manage development teams, applying Scrum principles to streamline processes and enhance team collaboration.Lead the design of system architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives.Maintain documentation for code, processes, and system architecture to facilitate knowledge sharing and user support.About Us Risk & Security Management is Australia's most trusted provider of end-to-end receivables and risk management services, delivering innovative solutions and expert advice to clients across multiple industry sectors.
