As a Care Manager, you will be a critical piece of this mission.
You'll partner with the Clinical Manager to ensure that care staff are supported, residents' needs are met, and the highest standards of care are maintained.
What You'll Do Lead by Example: Induct new care staff, ensuring they understand the values and responsibilities that come with serving our elders.Build Relationships: Be the bridge between care workers and clinicians, ensuring teamwork is at the core of everything you do.Foster Excellence: Help recruit the best care staff, build their skills, and lead with integrity.Champion Resident Care: Oversee care plans and handle complex care situations, advocating for residents' best interests.Drive Continuous Improvement: Look for ways to improve, innovate, and push for the highest standards of care.What You Bring You're a Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration and proven experience in aged care or acute care settings.You know how to lead with heart and build strong, compassionate teams.Your communication skills are top-notch-you know how to connect with residents, families, and staff alike.Most importantly, you care deeply about making a difference and believe that every resident deserves the best possible care.Why You Should Apply This is about more than just a job.
