Kleencut Solutions are looking for a Project Manager to work with our Installation team on a wide variety of architectural metalwork projects including perforated screening, balustrades, aluminium cladding & battens, automated gates, louvre screening, decorative fencing, and more
We are a close team looking to expand our capabilities on-site to achieve better time frames and higher quality output for our customers.
We are currently seeking an experienced and seasoned Project Manager to oversee our projects.
Reporting to the Production Manager and Director, your responsibilities include:
Project measurement & liaison with Draftsman, CA & Project ManagerEffective communication with clients and suppliersProject planning and schedulingContract verification and correspondenceVariation control and reviewInterpretation of architectural documentationCoordination of procurement & installationRelationship management with clients & buildersAbout the Role Committed to safety, quality, and the environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Project Management team to ensure company objectives for safety, customer satisfaction, quality, revenue, profitability, and timely delivery are met.
Skills and Experience Prefer a trade background.
Must be able to deal with Tier 1 & 2 builders, understand the safety requirements, and assist in the general running of the job including transport, ordering, and general planning of resources.
All applicants MUST HAVE the following attributes to be successful in this role:
The ability to accurately measure an area for metal fabricationA comprehensive set of tools is preferred but not essentialA work vehicleExperience in using a wide variety of toolsExperience working with aluminium and steelHigh level of presentation and excellent interpersonal skills with both customers and fellow team membersTo be considered for the role you will ideally possess: Min 3-4 years' experience Project Managing within construction/manufacturing/site measure.Experience working within the steel/aluminium fabrication sector is crucial.Understanding of building/construction practices.Project build value of between $20k to $1 million each project.Must be able to read & interpret architectural drawings.Ability to make decisions.High level of organisational skills and extremely motivated.Ability to work well under pressure.Immediate start available for the successful candidate.
Competitive salary, expected to be in the $110k - $120K range plus performance bonuses.
