Reporting to the Consulting Lead and working closely with the Managing Director, you will receive coaching that will push and grow you as much as you can.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing technical pre-sales support across the globe, dealing with different types of business opportunities and working with enterprise customers, identifying business opportunities, designing, and validating solution design.
Working on project delivery and providing leadership in solution delivery for enterprise networking, data center, and network security.
Planning, researching, and designing robust network and security architectures.
Bringing in revenue against set targets as an engagement solution consultant by providing high-quality technical solutions and exemplary customer service.
Assisting the sales team in identifying and closing opportunities through customer meetings and presentations.
Managing the escalation of any support requests efficiently and effectively, both remotely for global customers and on-site.
Working both on-site at customer premises as well as autonomously.
Essential Requirements:
5+ years' experience within a similar role.
Experience designing, integrating, and managing enterprise networking, data center security, and infrastructure solutions.
Strong working knowledge of MS Visio for documentation.
Ability to document and evaluate current environments and use best practice methodologies to ensure the highest level of investment utilization.
Experience with Cisco ASA Firewalls, IPS/IDS devices, and Fortinet firewalls.
Experience with Aruba Wired and Wireless solutions.
Strong experience with Load Balancer technologies and products (F5, NetScalers).
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate business language into technical solutions.
Superior organization with a drive to complete time-critical work.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
A sense of ownership to follow-up and ensure a professional outcome.
Eagerness to research and keep abreast of developments and best practices related to the company and competitor products.
Desirable Requirements:
An IT bachelor or equivalent degree.
Certifications including – CCNP R&S, CCIE R&S, Palo Alto, and Fortinet Certified.
