We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Senior Site Managers for a major social infrastructure opportunity in Perth which aims to deliver lasting benefits and create a positive legacy for the people of Western Australia.

Your focus will include: Managing multiple crews on-site with a strong focus on safety, time, and quality.Taking ownership of site safety management and driving a culture of safety-first.Coordinating sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.Developing and maintaining construction programs to align with project schedules.Collaborating with Project Managers and Construction Managers to foster a team-focused environment.Leading on-site teams, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure exceptional outcomes.Anticipating and resolving construction challenges in collaboration with Site Engineers.Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.Ensuring project delivery with minimal defects and adherence to high standards of quality.What you will bring to the team: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with major building projects.Previous healthcare experience highly regarded.A trade, construction, or building background is highly regarded.Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and to high-quality standards.Strong communication skills, including effectively addressing subcontractor performance issues.Demonstrated success in managing on-site operations with minimal defects.A proactive approach to operational risk management and safety practices.Experience in supervising construction projects within top-tier contractors or subcontractors.Clough's people enjoy: A competitive remuneration package & ongoing career development and opportunities.Flexible and remote work options to manage work and lifestyle commitments.Exposure to a range of iconic projects and industries.Ongoing training for career progression.Industry-leading paid parental leave program from the day you join.Excellent end-of-trip facilities and free gym onsite.Mental health and wellbeing programs.Employee assistance program for employees and their families.Special offers on private health insurance, salary packaging, banking, travel, groceries, and more.Salary continuance insurance (criteria applies).A supportive team culture and environment.We're building a diverse workforce At Clough, we are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities in which we work and live, fostering an inclusive environment that accepts every person, embraces their strengths and differences, and provides opportunities for all to achieve their full potential.
