We are seeking Enrolled Nurses for our Mornington Home to work Permanent Part-time shifts on Weekends.
About your role: As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work at the frontline assisting our residents with their daily needs and supporting positive outcomes.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents' well-being and delivery of care is to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities: Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and proceduresSafe administration of medicationMaintaining clinical documentationAdhere to national standards and legal requirementsEngage with residents on a daily basisAbout you: Experience and best practice from previous Nursing roles within Australia (Aged Care environment highly desired)Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomouslyProactive approach to your workA genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of our residentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and supervise others, as well as to engage with our residentsKnowledge of computerized nursing care plansAbility to work a mix of varying shiftsNDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or willing to obtain)Proof of Work rights in AustraliaCurrent AHPRA Nursing RegulationProof of COVID Vaccination certificate (2 doses + booster dose)Proof of Flu vaccination (current year)Culture and Benefits Learning & development: With over 40 years' experience, we have created a culture and environment for our staff to learn and grow with opportunity for ongoing professional development.
