Store Person And Productivity Manager

Our expanding company is seeking to hire a store person and productivity manager to join our team.
You will help our company grow with creating, implementing and development of systems.
This role also involves maintaining correct stock levels to ensure our customers' expectations are met.
This role will also support our purchasing officer for ordering and support our admin team.

You will importantly promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance.

Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee productivity reporting, managing Employee KPIs and conduct performance appraisal/management Purchasing our product and materials Maintaining stock levels Learning and Implementing our training systems Set and enforce standards – Get it done, drive deadlines and coach the team to meet them.
Organising and maintaining equipment Supporting our admin team with phone calls Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Work with senior stakeholders to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company Support worker communication with the management team.
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and suppliers Open to learning or having an in-depth knowledge of the formwork business Comply and ensure work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with workplace health and safety, quality rules and regulations Skills & Experience Requirements
Proven Leadership experience Exceptional organizational skills Advanced MS Excel skills Excellent Telephone Communication Proficiency Excellent interpersonal people skills.
Strong Performance Appraisal and Reporting skills Expert Problem Solving/Analysis Other Characteristics
