What you do: As an i Select Product Owner, your role involves taking on the responsibility of setting the vision and strategy for digital, CRM, and data applications that support i Select's omni channel customer experience and internal teams in delivering cost-effective solutions to the Australians.
This role will specifically work in our Utilities vertical, working closely with our General Manager and business stakeholders to develop well-defined product roadmaps aligned with i Select's overarching strategy.
Your leadership and collaboration with both internal and external delivery partners are crucial in ensuring that the right initiatives are executed at the right time, ultimately maximizing value for customers, team members, and partners.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in championing the internal value of your team, serving as a genuine advocate for your products and overseeing their entire lifecycle.
Your responsibilities extend to discovering, designing, and defining the platforms through which i Select's partners interact with the company, a critical aspect of enabling customer-facing channels.
You will also be tasked with defining the various customers and actors involved in i Select's customer journeys from the partner (B2 B) side, bridging the gap between these partners and the customer (B2 C) journey teams.
What you need: Energy/Utilities industry experience is crucial for this role, providing essential insights into sector-specific needs and regulations Successful development of product vision, goals, and roadmaps, demonstrating ownership of designated products within an organization Expertise in customer journey and user story mapping, along with backlog grooming to define a clear path forward for the team Proficiency in Scrum agile methodology and understanding of the role within a Scrum team Ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather specialized insights into product considerations Experience or demonstrated understanding in how enabling platforms underpin broader customer experiences Experience in closely working with other product owners acting as both a stakeholder and customer of their products Previous experience with Jira and Confluence – essential Have product owner \ product manager certifications (SAFEe POPM, Scrum) – essential What's in it for you: Hybrid & Flexible Working– 3 days in our CBD office – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Professional Development– We encourage ongoing learning and development with free access to the full Linkedin Learning Library, our own in-house learning Academy and regularly run initiatives such as our relationship with 'Juno Adaptive Leaders Program' which enable you to continually upskill Recharge Days– For the times when you just need to take a break, we offer three extra days to use at your discretion (yes, in addition to your 20 days Annual Leave Referral Bonus– Earn yourself an extra $1500 by referring another superstar to join our team Salary packaging –we can help you tomaximiseyour salary with options such as novated leasing.
