This role requires an integrated producer who has extensive experience in digital production and the ability to work on print material if required. We are looking for a passionate problem solver, with a hunger to learn, and a love of creativity. It requires an ability to work independently, be organised, meet deadlines, interact with clients, and tackle impossible problems head on.
In this business-critical role, you will be required to meet the following top-level expectations:
ExpectationsBe passionate about technology and creativity in all its formsHave knowledge and experience with web development processes, including scoping the project, wireframe development, UX, and UI designSome experience with solution planning and resolution of user experience and interface issuesHave knowledge of, and experience with, print and digital processes including scoping, documentation, project timelines, stakeholder alignment, and moreHave experience booking and working with designers, retouchers, developers, animators, editors, and moreBe able to quickly establish a rapport with the immediate team and wider internal stakeholdersHave a solid understanding of efficient production processes and an ability to pick up on new processes quicklyExperience with solution planning and troubleshooting difficult requirementsExcellent interpersonal and infallible time management skillsBe proactive and motivated, highly autonomous, and solutions focusedSkills and ExperienceA problem-solver with the ability to think on your feetThe ability to rationalise decisions and present ideas effectivelyThe ability to communicate digital ideasExcellent client-facing and third party/supplier management skillsStrong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple briefs at any one timeExperience with enterprise Content Management Systems like AEM, etc.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JSExperience with Ad Serving Platforms, including Double Click Studio and Sizmek is a plusThe ability to work competently across Teams, Jira, and SmartSheets (or similar)Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for scoping, feasibility, costing, and creating timelinesCommunicating progress to all stakeholders, including clientsEnd-to-end production management, especially with briefing and managing the production teamAssisting with feasibility on new ideas, investigating new technology, and finding solutions to all manner of challengesManaging internal project stakeholders at all levelsYou will maintain focus on the overall project vision as well as the detail throughoutYou will champion best practice delivery processes on your projects agency-wideYou will seek opportunities to enhance our delivery processes and contribute ideas
