Legal Assistant | Corporate Funds

The Opportunity:We're pleased to be supporting our client, a leading international law firm, as they search for an experienced Legal PA for the high profile Corporate practice in Sydney.Providing EA level support to a senior Partner, this is primarily a 1:1 position and will involve:Organising and monitor Partner inboxes and diaries and taking the initiative to arrange meetings, liaise with external and internal contacts where appropriate, and elevate issues where needed;Open and close files, matter management;Financial hygiene, complex billing management, expense management;WIP reporting and some document production;Minimal travel and event management;General technical support and practice administration.This role will suit someone with intermediate to senior legal support experience who is proactive, tech savvy, and great with communication and hoping to drive their PA/EA career.Culture & Benefits:The team environment has been described as busy but lovely; the Partner empowers their Legal Assistant to take ownership of their role.
