Plumber

At Performance Civil, we're seeking a plumber to join our team.
In this role, you'll handle plumbing installations, conduct repairs, and ensure all plumbing systems operate smoothly.
We're looking for someone with plumbing skills, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to helping our customers.
Day-to-day responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other professionals during construction.Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems, identifying and diagnosing plumbing problems using appropriate tools and techniques.Adhere to all plumbing building codes and regulations.Ensure all work meets safety standards and follows best practices.Work Hours and Benefits: Full time, weekdays (Monday to Friday), with flexible working arrangements.
Plumber Qualifications and Skills: Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage.At least four years of plumbing work experience.Knowledge of local building plumbing codes and regulations.Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing challenges accordingly.Communication and interpersonal skills, including customer service.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Education and Requirements: High school certificate.At least four years of plumbing work experience.Valid driver's license.Job Type: Subcontract
Pay: From $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Schedule: Day shiftWeekends onlySupplementary Pay: Overtime payExperience: Plumbing: 4 years (Required)Licence/Certification: White Card (Preferred)Driver Licence (Required)Plumbing certification either in Australia or overseas (Required)Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)Location: Sydney, NSW (Required)Work Location: In person
