It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane. It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.The Car Parking Attendant, reporting to the Assistant Guest Services Manager, will complete car park validations whilst also handling all customer queries. In this role you will learn and develop an understanding of the business, products, and promotions.A few of your responsibilities:Maintaining a customer focusMaintain knowledge of our property and promote current promotionsComplete car park and access validationsWhat we will be looking for:Positive attitude and willingness to learnPassion and enthusiasm for providing 5-star customer servicePrevious experience with hotel operating systemsCurrent Australian Open Driver LicenceAbout you:Successful candidates will strive to provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
