As one of our highly valued Educators, you'll support and guide children's learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.

Our team at C&K Crescent Lagoon Kindergarten is made up of passionate Educators who are excited to engage our wonderfully diverse community.
We love encouraging our children to share their family's culture with us and our beautiful natural spaces allow us to make every day an adventure.

Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you'll help shape the future of children in our care by collaborating with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.

This role is a fixed term full-time role, working Monday to Friday.
You'll start at the centre on the 20th of January 2025 until December 2025.

What you'll bring
Whether you're an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you're energetic, fun and committed to guiding children's early learning and development, we'll set you up for success

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have or be willing to work towards:
A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification.
First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
You will bring a passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families and the community alongside a team-player mindset - when you join C&K, you join a village of good-hearted, talented people, so you can lean on them as they lean on you.

C&K is a child-safe organisation and all C&K employees are required to undergo a police check and not be a 'Restricted Person' or Suspended Educator under the QLD Blue Card System.
