Your mission?
To design a simple, effective, and integrated system that enhances accountability, eliminates duplication, and optimises the way we deliver evidence-based programs and initiatives.
You'll be a change champion, helping our teams to embrace new systems, streamline reporting, and build a culture of continuous improvement.If you're ready to make waves in strategic planning over a 4-day working week, this is the role for youThe roleStrategic Coordination: Align LSV's initiatives with risk and financial frameworks, ensuring projects support long-term goals and efficient planning.Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of LSV's strategic projects, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and overcoming roadblocks.Systems & Reporting: Create user-friendly systems that improve data management and reporting across the organisation.Continuous Improvement: Develop frameworks and processes to boost LSV's operational maturity, leading the charge on process improvements and efficiency gains.Performance Metrics: Keep key decision-makers informed with accurate, actionable reports that drive insights and improvements across the organisation.What Success Looks LikeWe have a smooth, efficient reporting process that brings clarity and insight to strategic priorities.Monday.com is fully implemented and embraced across LSV, with high user uptake.LSV continues to mature strategically, thanks to your efforts to integrate project management, reporting, and continuous improvement across the organisation.Who are you?A strategic thinker with a relevant tertiary qualification in business, health administration, or strategic management.A project management pro with hands-on experience using tools like Monday.com and Microsoft Project.A data-driven decision maker, experienced in developing frameworks and performance metrics, and translating complex data into actionable insights.A team player who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a knack for guiding others through change and improvement.Experience in Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plusMust-have:An employee Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one.Why Join Us?At LSV, we're more than just a workplace – we're a community that's passionate about saving lives and empowering safe water practices.
