Seeking a Maintenance Handyperson to provide 'hands on' repairs, maintenance, and support of service partners at our Sydney CBD locations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Handyperson to join the Facilities Team. As the Maintenance Handyperson, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of building systems and equipment, delivering quality service to the Scape residents. If you enjoy variety and a role where no two days are the same, then this role is for you
The successful Maintenance Handyperson will work closely with team members to ensure that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
To be successful you will have: At least 2 years' experience in commercial building maintenance as a handyman or similar.Ability to prioritise and multitask.Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate to customers.Effective communication skills that promote positive interactions with stakeholders and residents.A highly motivated attitude with flexibility in working hours. The successful candidate will adapt to changing schedules and prioritise tasks accordingly, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.THE IDEAL CANDIDATES We are seeking enthusiastic self-starters with the following skills and experience:
High attention to detail.Ability to prioritise and multitask.Ability to work in team or individual settings.Ability to work with and relate to young adults while maintaining professional and cultural sensitivity.1-2 years' experience as a public area cleaner in a large commercial environment or room attendant in a 4-5 star hotel environment.PERKS & BENEFITS At Scape, we are all about creating and sharing the good vibes.
