Zest Mortgage Solutions is a multi-award-winning, family-owned mortgage brokerage with their main office located in Brookwater.
With the opening of our second office in Flagstone, Zest is looking for a talented individual to join their team working predominately out of their Flagstone office.

About The RoleReady to take your career to the next level?
This is your chance to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team and work closely with our Head Mortgage Broker to provide expert advice and create solutions for our clients.
You'll be using your knowledge of credit and lending principles to assess client scenarios, structure loans, and deliver personalised recommendations.
What You'll Be Doing:Assessing client scenarios and structuring loans to meet lender criteria.Researching and referencing lenders to ensure the best credit options are met.Keeping up-to-date with the latest lending policies and procedures.Managing files and following up on loan progress to ensure a smooth process.Liaising with clients, lenders, and business partners to ensure seamless communication.Building lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing updates from pre-settlement to post-settlement, and supporting ongoing marketing efforts.Providing vital support to the Mortgage Broker and assisting with general office tasks to keep things running smoothly.What We're Looking For:A minimum of 2+ years of experience in banking or mortgage broking.A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a high level of professionalism.Completed Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or currently working towards it).Strong verbal and written communication skills that help you connect with clients and colleagues.A "can-do" attitude with a relentless drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in everything you do.The ability to stay organised, multi-task, and thrive in a dynamic team environment.What's in It for You?Flexibility: Enjoy a 9-day fortnight, giving you more time to focus on what matters to you.Supportive Team: Work with a passionate, close-knit team where your contributions are valued, and you'll be supported to grow and succeed.Leads Provided: Say goodbye to cold calling – we supply the leads, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to your clients.Work-Life Balance: With flexible working hours and a family-friendly culture, we prioritise your well-being alongside your career development.Career Growth: Access ongoing training and development opportunities, helping you to build your expertise and advance within the mortgage broking industry.Be Part of Something Special: Join a family-owned business with a strong reputation for excellence and integrity, where you'll be part of a team that genuinely cares about its clients and each other.Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per annum + superannuation, with additional monthly performance-based bonuses.
