And we continue to pay your super contributions while you take all the time you need to get your new family settled.What do I need?To be set up for success as the preferred candidate, you will need to demonstrate:Proven success in building deep client relationships in the HNW/UHNW sector as it pertains to Private Banking, Investment or Private Wealth solutionsProven tangible success in client acquisition and/or business development in the Banking, Investment or Wealth industryStrong capability in delivering a holistic banking, wealth, and service proposition to Private clientsEvidence of strong collaboration with peers across different teams and/or segmentsStrong competence in managing compliance and risk; ensuring thorough client due diligence, including AML/KYC obligations, and robust understanding of policy and risk controlsWhat is it like to work there?We are a collaborative team of passionate people with a shared ambition to make a difference for our customers, our communities and each other.
