The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a smile that can be heard through the phone. You will be responsible for the operations of the One Touch desk through effective call management. Flexibility and general knowledge of the hotel are a must for this role.
You make our colleagues and guests feel valued and you naturally make everybody feel welcome.
