Job Description: Are you an Electrician with a spark for adventure? At Adlec Solar + Electrical, we're on the hunt for an energetic Electrician to join our family. Solar accreditation is a big plus but not essential, and it does come with juicy bonuses for solar installs Training for the right candidate is available.
The majority of Adlec's work is electrical service work for commercial and residential customers, new builds, and solar installations for both commercial and residential, including battery systems and off-grid systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical service work for commercial and residential customers. Handle new installations, including meter box upgrades and other electrical components. Diagnose and repair electrical issues. Conduct site assessments and provide technical support. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships. Participate in a rotating on-call roster. Install and maintain solar PV systems and associated equipment (highly desirable). Requirements:
Qualified and licensed Electrician. Solar accreditation is highly desirable. Experience in electrical service work and new installations. Strong understanding of electrical systems and fault finding. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license. Highly motivated and willing to grow with the team as the team and business grows. Ability to work well with the team and contribute towards common goals for the greater good of the business.
