This role reports to the Head of Marketing and Digital and indirectly the Global Brand Manager to manage and maintain Kookai's social media channels.
The role is responsible for creating content and posting across various platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
It involves scheduling and posting a consistent brand message, ensuring high levels of engagement.
The Social Media and Content Coordinator will have the Kookai customer at the forefront at all times and requires a passionate and creative candidate with innovative ideas to further evolve the brand.

This full-time role will be based in our beautiful Head Office in Hawthorn East, Melbourne.
If you are passionate about social media and content creation, then this is the ideal role
What you'll be doing:Developing and implementing a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagementManaging social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTokCreating and curating content, including filming and editingEnsuring a creative direction with brand storytelling to drive traffic and engagementScheduling and publishing posts across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brandingMonitoring social media channels and responding to comments and enquiries as a priorityProactively evaluating, reviewing and suggesting new ways to improve and grow brand presenceMonitoring social media trends to identify growth opportunitiesAssisting with the creation of seasonal campaigns and photoshoots as requiredWhat we'd love from you:Proven experience in social media management and content creation for a fashion and or beauty companyQualifications in Digital Marketing, Communications, PR and or a related fieldProficiency in content creation toolsExcellent written communication and a creative flair to engage an audiencePragmatic, hands on approachOrganisational and time management skillsCan do approach and initiativeAbility to work independently and collaborate with a teamWhat you'd love from us:The Kookai culture is one that is supportive, passionate and collaborative which makes this an enjoyable workplace to be, as reflected by our high engagement and retention levels.
