Location Dajwood Pty Ltd Office | 19 Knobels Road, Farleigh
Roster Monday to Friday (Full Time) | 08:00am - 05:00pm
Main Duties Undertake recruitment and selection related administration including conducting reference checks, interviews and liaising with applicants Maintain employee records, files, registers, and databases Co-ordinate and manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, contractors and temporary staff including assisting with inductions / pre-employment requirements Prepare employment contracts, letters, new employee packs, induction packs, and other HR documents and correspondence Be the first point of contact for employees with work related queries/questions Accurately entering timesheets on payroll spreadsheets Weekly review of expiring skills report to ensure site compliance of employees is being maintained Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures Filing, scanning & printing, greeting customers, applicants & answering phone calls Skills Willingness to learn Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Time management / able to meet deadlines Ability to follow the correct policies and procedures Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail Ability to build good relationships with employees Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated drive and initiative, with a proactive approach to work Being self-motivated / ability to work individually or in a team Experience No previous experience required: On-the-job training will be provided to the successful applicant.
