Consultant Performance Coach

In this Consultant, Performance Coach role you will: Deliver local on the ground upskilling, onboarding and support of new lenders to exceed performance objectives through targeted upskillingProvide on demand coaching support to new to bank and experienced lenders who require support with achieving lending objectives and goalsIdentify technical capability and competency gaps across the lending team and proactively lean in to develop and provide support in partnership with the local region managerIdentify continuous improvement opportunities for procedures and support with identifying solutionsHelp drive alignment to operating policies and proceduresWhat you'll bring: Significant experience in lending, banking sales or credit assessment and a sound knowledge of banking regulations, practices and procedures.Proven coaching skills developed within a fast-paced banking team.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders to meet objectives and goals.Ability to lead/facilitate group discussions and identify business opportunitiesExceptional coaching skills with a track record of building skills in others.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
