They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Workplace Operations Manager to join their vibrant team in the heart of Sydney's CBD on a contract basis
Please note, the ideal candidate must have experience in property, leasing, or workplace operations.
Please note, this is a maternity leave contract for 8 months.
The Job Reporting through to the General Manager, in this role you will be responsible for: Lead and coach the Workplace Operations team to ensure quality facilities management, security, and onsite experience.
Develop and implement policies to drive improvement and compliance.
Manage and resolve issues to minimise risk.
Oversee contract operations and deliver Facilities strategies to meet standards, budgets, and timelines.
Negotiate contracts and manage externally sourced services.
Monitor initiatives and provide advice on risk, budget, and resource management.
Contribute to strategies for operational reviews to support business objectives.
You To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities: Minimum 2 years as a Workplace Manager, including team management experience.
Experience in property, leasing, or workplace operations.
Experience working within the Government and/or financial services sector would be highly advantageous.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
