ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Used Cars Sales Manager you will manage the Used Car department, reporting into the General Manager.
You will be responsible for developing a successful sales team, coaching, motivating and guiding the team to achieve budgeted volumes, gross profit, and Customer Service benchmarks whilst expanding on available sales opportunities.

ABOUT YOU
Experience and Skills required:
A proven track record in dealership Used Car Sales and Management A customer first attitude Well-developed influencing and negotiation skills Dynamic, high energy, proactive and target driven A positive influencer and leader, working with the team and holding your actions accountable WHAT'S ON OFFER
