If you are passionate about IT project delivery, customer service, and have technical expertise in Ricoh Cloud Stream and Microsoft Teams Calling, we want to hear from you
Primary Responsibilities: IT Project Delivery: Manage and execute IT projects with a strong focus on outcomes, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Customer Service and Communication: Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication.
Technical Expertise in Ricoh Cloud Stream: Setup, configure, and deploy Ricoh Cloud Stream across multiple devices.Integrate Ricoh printer systems within cloud-based print management.Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide post-deployment support.Train end-users and offer ongoing assistance to ensure a smooth transition.Microsoft Teams Calling Proficiency: Configure and manage Microsoft Teams Phone System for both soft phones and hard phones.Facilitate telephony integration using Direct Routing and Microsoft Calling Plans.Migrate users from legacy phone systems to Teams Calling with minimal disruption.Train end-users on new calling features, including voicemail, call routing, and conferencing.What you'll need to succeed: Proven experience in IT project delivery and customer service.Hands-on experience with Ricoh Cloud Stream and Microsoft Teams Calling.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant certifications and a degree in IT or a related field are preferred.Additional Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server and Windows Desktop.Experience with OS patching, Intune, and Office 365 configuration.Knowledge of backup verification, user administration, and ITIL principles.Familiarity with modern Service Desk systems.What you'll get in return: 3-month contract to start with a potential for a long-term position/permanency.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A collaborative and supportive work environment.What you need to do now:
