The opportunity We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Finance team as a Finance (Commissions) Officer on a full-time basis.
This role is responsible for the accurate and timely receipting and reconciliation of financial planning and insurance commissions, as well as recording and compiling summaries of financial transactions for management review.
What you will be doing Allocate bank receipts for Fee Managers (invoicing) via CommPayAllocate bank receipts for Fund Managers and external providers using CommPayConduct end-of-month reconciliation, close periods/systems, and generate reports in CommPayRegister advisers and support staff, coordinating with Fund Managers and external providersProcess change-of-adviser requests, follow up, and update CommPay accordinglyUpdate Financial Disclosure Statements (FDS) in CommPayMonitor the Commissions inbox, handling email and telephone inquiriesPerform various ad hoc tasks as neededWhat you will bring Proven experience in Accounts Receivable using CommPay is essentialExcellent reconciliation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to liaise with Morgans network dealing with queriesAbility to work both collaboratively in a team and autonomouslyMeticulous attention to detailExceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasksExperience in the Financial Services industry will be highly regardedYes, I want to apply If you are interested in this role and would like to join the Morgans team, please click apply and submit your cover letter and resume.
