About Us Construction is now well underway for our new Moorebank RDC (MoRDC).
Located in Moorebank NSW, MoRDC is the latest distribution centre being added to the Primary Connect Network.
The 84,000 sqm facility will strengthen Primary Connect's NSW supply chain and service more than 350 Woolworths Supermarkets, with over 9,000 product lines.
What you'll do Lead shift operations to achieve optimal productivity, order accuracy, and on-time dispatch.Drive a continuous improvement mindset by leading initiatives to optimise processes and boost team performance.Mentor and coach your team of 4 Team Leads (and their team members) to achieve outstanding results while fostering a customer-centric culture.Reinforce and comply with all safety responsibilities, implementing safety policies, and embedding a safety-first culture.Lead business and operational planning, manage KPIs, ensure resource planning is within budget, and meet volume forecasts.Drive accountability within the business, ensuring that the elements of Primary Connect culture are embedded at all levels.Champion succession and development planning through talent reviews, MyPlan performance discussions, and providing valuable feedback and opportunities for growth.What you'll bring: Proven experience in an operations leadership role.Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.A deep understanding of safety protocols and risk management.A track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results in a complex, matrix environment.Experience in FMCG, distribution, retail, and people leadership.What you'll experience: An attractive remuneration package.Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands.A global business with endless career possibilities.A range of programs to help you prioritise and manage your wellbeing, including a competitive leave policy and 24/7 access to the Sonder app.Opportunity to Salary Sacrifice.Everyone belongs at Woolworths Group Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are key to realising our purpose of better together for a better tomorrow.
