The Role:Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us full-time in Perth.
Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will assist in the Recruitment of White and Blue Collar personnel.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.Use your industry expertise to attract top talent in the Construction and Oil & Gas sectors.Provide a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.About You:To be successful in this role you will require:
Proven experience recruiting blue-collar roles, ideally within Construction, Mining Oil and Gas.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.A supportive and energetic team environment.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Flexible work arrangements and a great work-life balance.Why Join RSGx?At RSGx, our people are our greatest asset.
