Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support) Full Time Opportunity to work with an award-winning team in the position of Accountant or Book Keeper.

Located on the stunning Sunshine Coast, Boldbridge Group manages 2 modern Community Clubs, Nambour RSL Club and The Bower Tree.
Both venues have enviable growth records with a commitment of service to its 35,000 members and the Sunshine Coast community.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the ideal candidate will be looking to gain experience in processing timely, efficient, and accurate management accounts and gain an understanding of the internal workings of the business.
What YOU Bring You will be an enthusiastic, motivated, dynamic person who is looking to join our friendly Finance team on a full-time basis.
You will be a team player with the skills and the get-up-and-go to make things happen in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
Your Role Will Entail a Combination of the Following Responsibilities: Oversee supplier invoices and paymentsBank account reconciliationsMaintain the Fixed Asset RegisterExecute and process stock takesAssist with end-of-month (EOM) and end-of-financial-year (EOFY) reconciliations and reportingProcess daily and weekly transactions and collate key operating metricsAssist with weekly payroll processing and reportingExperience with Payroll, Point of Sale, and Financial Management software systems is preferredWork closely with the Financial Controller and broader team across our two clubs to fulfill your dutiesGeneral administration duties and ad hoc tasks as requiredThe Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following Attributes: Preferred experience with Xero and payroll systemsCompleted or completing a degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business or minimum 10 years' experience working in an administration or finance teamAdvanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to adhere to competing timelines and adapt to a dynamic environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailA flexible and solution-focused mindsetThe ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamDemonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentialityRequired to work the occasional public holiday and weekendWhat WE Supply: Challenges that are rewardingFull Time PositionIf this sounds like you, please attach a cover letter and your resume to your application addressing the above criteria.
