Solar Run Bendigo is a local family owned office, but part of the Solar Run Australia Network. The latest Sunwiz figures have us as one of the largest residential solar retailers in Victoria collectively, and inside the top 10 for Australia.Established in Bendigo for 4 years, we are growing very quickly, and currently installing 16 to 20 jobs per month in the area, and need to expand our team.Our business is built around QUALITY.Quality gear, quality workmanship, and quality people most of allBe part of something big, but with that local flavour:We are now on the hunt for our own LOCAL sales professional to join the family and be part of a true professional, national solar company, but with that local feel.TV and leadsWe have just started a 6 month TV campaign to gain even more exposure, and we are heavily invested in our own branded Facebook leads, so we have a steady supply of qualified and interested local people that need YOU to reach out to them to help.We offer Solar PV, Batteries, Hot Water Heat Pumps, Ducted Refrigerated AC, Split Systems and more, with commission on everything you sell.What are we looking for?We are on the hunt for EXPERIENCED solar professionals. People that know solar backwards, but also true sales professionals that know how to talk to local people, build rapport and gain trust, and close the sale.Someone that can come into our business, treat it like their own, take pride in what they do and how they conduct themselves, and really become an integral part of the family.You will be experienced in the solar space, and as such will have an understanding of Solar Victoria's processes and application processes.There will be NO micro management, NO internal politics, NO overzealous GM's or middle management breathing down your neck every day with pressure.We are a laid back, family owned local business that values good people and treats them accordingly.Remuneration:We want good people, and we want to build a stable team, and are prepared to pay well.There will be a negotiable base salary and commissions for every sale, but this is a genuine 6 figure PA opportunity.
