The payments game is always evolving and Till is staying one step ahead, building world-class technology paired with local service to support customers.As we integrate with Nuvei, we pledge to stay true to our roots and deliver even greater value to our merchants and partners.Let's talk about the role you'll play towards our success No two days in a high growth scale up are the same, but these will be your key responsibilities: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to maximize the value derived from these partnerships. Proactively identify and establish connections with key decision-makers at potential client companies to foster long-term relationships. Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to present and explain services, guiding them to make informed choices. Understand the challenges and needs of clients, and develop strategies to better address these through tailored solutions. Identify and pursue new sales and business development opportunities to grow the business. Seek and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional services to existing clients. Regularly monitor and assess competitor activities to stay competitive and proactively retain clients. Provide outstanding service to maintain and enhance the business's reputation. Address and resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed Client Portfolio Revenue Targets. You're customer obsessed, commercially minded, and naturally curious You've found your calling in Account Management, and thrive in a fast paced environment going through high growth. We're open to different skills and backgrounds who can help us deliver on this role, though it's important that you'll have: Proven, consistent achievement of revenue budgets - setting, achieving and exceeding revenue and other quantitative goals. Strong network and personal brand in the Australian market. Effective and influential stakeholder management, along with strong negotiating skills to achieve outcomes.
