They define who we are, how we work, and inspire our performance.About the Role:The Complex Claims Specialist provides expertise in complex injury management cases and partners closely with the business to develop and implement employee-centered programs to create a safe workplace and apply early intervention strategies to address challenges relating to workers' compensation and injury management matters.About You:You are a compassionate and experienced professional with a strong understanding of compliance requirements and standards of practice from Insurance and Care NSW, the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA), and SafeWork.
