Elderly Care is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join our dedicated team in Kawana Waters, Queensland.
This part-time role will see you providing high-quality care and support to our elderly residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
What you'll be doing Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobilityMonitoring and recording residents' health, dietary and personal care needsEngaging residents in social, recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance their wellbeingMaintaining a safe, clean and comfortable living environment for residentsCommunicating effectively with residents, their families and the broader care teamAdhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standardsWhat we're looking for A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualificationDemonstrated experience in providing person-centred care to elderly residentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationshipsA caring, compassionate and empathetic natureThe ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamA commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and qualityWhat we offer Competitive Pay rateAccess to our Grow Our Own program, providing financial assistance for tertiary studies.Generous Reward and Recognition program offering cash incentives.Supportive team environment providing stability and consistency to your work.Referral program rewards for bringing in talented individuals.Apply now and become part of our compassionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents.
