The NDIA is designed to enhance the quality of life and increase economic and social participation for people with disability and will mean a peace of mind for every Australian.A new role awaitsThe Scheme Digital Platforms Branch shapes and delivers innovative, responsive, sustainable, and practicable solutions for National Disability Insurance Scheme to serve its stakeholders including participants, providers, staff, and partners.
The Scheme Digital Platforms Branch drives continual service delivery improvements to meet stakeholders' evolving needs with a strong focus on accessibility.
The branch is the designer and custodian of the state of art NDIA Salesforce Platform.Where you can add valueThe National Disability Insurance Agency, Office of the CIO (NDIA OCIO) is undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative fit-for-need ICT-based solutions to improve the National Disability Insurance Scheme.As a Scrum Master, you will have an important role in a major transformational program with Salesforce as the core solution platform.
You will embed your deep knowledge of agile practices, principles and cultures into the way of working on the program, uplifting the capability and performance of the delivery squad.
You will assist the Team with your best practices, building upon your already-established track record in delivery of substantial ICT solutions.About the roleThe EL1 Scrum Master is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the ICT functions of the NDIA.The position is an important team leadership position within the NDIA and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail.
The role requires providing leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the team membership and assigned contractors working within the work area.The EL1 Scrum Master will exercise a considerable degree of independence to engage in very complex problem solving and issues management within the ICT functions.Enough about us, let's talk about youThe ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies resulting in real, measurable improvements to the organisation that enhance outcomes for our participants.You will have:• 3 to 5 years ICT industry experience.• At least 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master for Salesforce-based solutions.• Scrum Master Certification.• Experience coaching in agile methodologies, techniques, systems, and tools.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence team culture and lead by example.• Proven experience in facilitation, conflict resolution, and driving continual improvement.Desirable:• Health industry experience.• Experience with one or more of the following: Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Community Cloud.• Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.Your NDIA ExperienceWe work as one team.
