Reporting to the Project Support Supervisor, the HD Fitter will have strong communication skills, with exceptional customer support at the forefront of their interactions.
The role will also involve providing lead technical support on maintenance and warranty repairs.
You will be working both autonomously and within a team.
This permanent role will see you doing ALL of the above, as you will be the specialist for a Caterpillar mining fleet.
To be successful in this role, you must have an understanding of warranty provisions and be able to assist customers with component warranty and replacement requirements.
Location: FMG Christmas Creek
Roster: 7 days, 7 nights on, 7 days off - 12 hours per day
Ideally, the successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
